Soulmate Connect provides opportunities for introductions but does not act as a marriage broker, guarantor, counsellor, therapist, legal adviser, or religious authority.

Soulmate Connect does not guarantee:

• Suitable matches
• Compatibility
• Mutual interest
• Engagements
• Marriage
• Relationship success
• Relationship longevity
• Family approval
• Any particular outcome whatsoever

All personal relationships involve individual circumstances beyond our control.

Participation in our events or services does not guarantee that you will meet a spouse, enter into a relationship, become engaged, or marry.

Participants remain solely responsible for:

• Their decisions
• Their communications
• Their interactions
• Their investigations and enquiries
• Their due diligence
• Their relationship choices

You acknowledge that any relationship, engagement, marriage, friendship, business arrangement, family interaction, or personal connection arising from introductions made through Soulmate Connect is entirely your responsibility.

We strongly encourage participants and families to conduct their own enquiries, background checks, references, investigations, and consultations before making any significant commitments.

Soulmate Connect shall not be responsible or liable for:

• The conduct of participants
• The accuracy of information provided by participants
• Misrepresentations made by attendees
• Compatibility issues
• Relationship disputes
• Family disputes
• Engagement breakdowns
• Marriage breakdowns
• Divorce proceedings
• Emotional distress
• Financial loss
• Reputational damage
• Personal disagreements
• Religious disagreements
• Cultural disagreements
• Any actions, omissions, statements, or conduct of attendees

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulmate Connect excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, claim, expense, injury, disappointment, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from participation in our services or events.

Our events are designed to facilitate introductions and networking opportunities only.

Soulmate Connect does not:

• Vet every statement made by attendees
• Verify every representation made by participants
• Guarantee the honesty, intentions, character, conduct, suitability, or compatibility of any participant

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain a respectful environment, attendees remain responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution.

Soulmate Connect may provide educational material, discussions, presentations, workshops, and guidance based upon:

• The Sunnah
• Traditional Islamic teachings
• Islamic scholarship

By registering for our services, you confirm that:

• You will behave respectfully toward all participants

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, remove, or terminate participation at our sole discretion.

All participants must:

• Follow event instructions and venue requirements

Soulmate Connect reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund where behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, offensive, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of the event.

All fees must be paid in full before attendance or participation unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Consumer Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers may have a statutory cooling-off period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Requests made within this period will be considered in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Event Cancellations by Participants

Following the expiry of the cooling-off period, payments are generally non-refundable.

Due to:

• Limited spaces
• Exclusive attendance opportunities
• Venue commitments
• Administrative costs
• Event planning requirements

Soulmate Connect is under no obligation to provide refunds after the cooling-off period has expired.

Any refund, credit, transfer, or alternative arrangement shall be entirely at the sole discretion of Soulmate Connect.

No guarantee is made that refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted.

Soulmate Connect reserves the right to:

• Change venues
• Change dates
• Change schedules
• Change speakers
• Change event formats
• Modify event content
• Cancel events where necessary

Where an event is cancelled by Soulmate Connect, we may offer a replacement event, transfer, credit, or refund at our discretion.

All content provided by Soulmate Connect, including:

• Branding
• Logos
• Educational materials
• Videos
• Presentations
• Documents
• Website content

remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without prior written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described within those policies.

Soulmate Connect shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Venue closures
• Transportation disruptions
